50s Summer Nights Event is less than 30 days away

 Our big fund raiser is less than 30 days away.  We need your help to make sure that this event is a big success.  All Scotts Valley Rotarians need to step up in four ways:

1) Sell Tickets!!!  Or buy a table.  We need to have people there to make money

2) Bring silent auction items to Cheryl Rebotarro's office.  We need more donations and the deadline is this Monday.  If you need time to pick up items, fill out the donation sheet or somehow get the information on what you are bringing to Cheryl. 

3) Every member needs to bring a bottle of wine for our "Wall of Wine" live auction item.  Please bring your best possible bottle of wine to ensure we get a great bid on this item.  (Hint, minimum value of the wine should be over $20)  You can also drop these off at Cheryl's office.

4) Sign up for a duty on the day of the event.  Let Cheryl know what you are willing to do.  Every Rotarians needs to help!

I know we can make this event successful by all pulling together.  Remember, Randy needs money to keep up our good work!!!
