Holiday Party a Great Success

Once again Scotts Valley Rotarians have shown that they know how to have a good time. Almost 50 people attended our annual Christmas Party at the home of Ron And Cindy Sekkel. Included in the mix where District Dignitaries, past District Governors Russ Hobbs, Gary City, Roger Hassler and our very own Ron Sekkel. Also, current District Governor Arley Marley III, District Governor Elect Joe Hamilton and District Governor Designee Angie Hassler. Quite a string of governors! All of the governors were partying with the best of us. The food was amazing. Everyone did their selves proud with brings delectable morsels for our buffet. And the White Elephant Gift Exchange was loads of fun. We saw some amazing partnerships between husbands and wives as they plotted to get the gifts the wives really wanted. This happened not once, but three times. Governor Arley was very confused by his gift, so I was happy to rip it away from him. It was great to see a lot of our new members at the party. Many, many thanks to Ron and Cindy for all of their hard work. It was fabulous party!!
