After working 14 years in financial services, the experiences of a close family friend with long term care issues drove home for Aaron Kancevicius the importance of early planning for families.  Aaron’s mission is to educate families about the potentially devastating financial and psychological costs of needing extended care, and helping them make well informed choices regarding this complex subject.  He volunteers with the Alzheimers Association, participating every year in the Walk to End Alzheimers, and speaks on the topic at every opportunity to provide families with the knowledge required to effectively plan for extended care.  Aaron is a native Californian.  He and his wife Darla, lived in Hawaii for 8 years, and now live here – in her home town of Santa Cruz.
