Hello Fellow Rotarians,
 
We are scheduled to host a luncheon at the SV Senior Center on Friday, 2/19.
 
We need help setting up tables, preparing food and serving.
 
Lunch includes:
Pork tenderloin, roasted cauliflower, green salad, scalloped potatoes, and key lime pie. I'm doing the tenderloin; Rosanna & Charlene are doing the green salad; and Gine is doing the key lime pie. 
We need more volunteers to prepare roasted cauliflower and scalloped potatoes. I've attached two easy recipes.
