Dear Friends-----In the midst of the ongoing Bethany roller coaster, I've been offered a position as Dean of LIOS Graduate Programs of Saybrook University, which is based in both San Francisco and the Seattle area. The majority of my time will be in the Seattle area---not far from the grandchildren, which, of course, is a major draw for Mike and I. Over the summer months I will travel back and forth quite a bit, so Monday, June 20th will be my last official meeting here in Scotts Valley. The following week I'll be visiting clubs in the Seattle area and seeking a potential fit---I'm hoping to find a club with Rotarians as active and friendly as you all. Being a part of our club has been a joy for Mike and I over the years, and I'm sorry I won't be here to become your president elect, but I know you'll all pull together and have another series of fabulous service projects and great collaboration.

With much love, Cyndy, aka "Dr. Fitz" for the Fitzes of Scotts Valley Rotary
